Terms
- Reservation and Payment:
- All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the
- Full payment must be made prior to the scheduled date of the charter.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made by the customer will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- In the event of cancellation by DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
- Safety and Liability:
- Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave staff.
- DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the charter.
- Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the charter.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
- Changes and Modifications:
- DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the itinerary, schedule, or equipment if necessary, without prior notice.
- Privacy:
- Personal information provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of processing the reservation and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave operates.
By making a reservation or participating in a charter with DC Sports Charter Tidal Wave, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and unforeseen circumstances arise during travel. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility, and we encourage you to get in touch with us if you need further assistance or have any questions:
Your booking is subject to free cancellation up to 2 days (48hrs) before your reservation date, regardless of pick-up time (e.g. if you have reserved your cart for March 20th, you must cancel by March 17th at 11:59PM EST to avoid a cancellation fee).

Please note, if you have experienced extenuating circumstances beyond your control that resulted in your inability to notify us of cancellation in advance, please contact us. We may be able to return your cancellation fee, less any fees charged by your bank and / or the 3rd party online payment processor (PayPal).
